The furnace uses special hot zone structure and heating element design,good temperature uniformity.

It has functions of slow vacuum,vacuum sinter,minor positive pressure sinter and partial pressure sinter.

Using advanced refractory materials and structure,with good insulation performance and less heat absorption,I t can save more than 20% energy compare to previous design.

To use touch screen operation and PLC central control,which makes the operation simple and reliable.

It has over temperature and over pressure malfunction alarm,mechanical automatic pressure protection and interlocking,which forms a highly safe furnace.

Furnace has remote control operation,remote mal-function disgnosis and remote program update functions.
